Create a New Account / Crear una Nueva Cuenta

Go to the FACTS Family Portal page and follow the steps below:

- Our District Code is: MQ-KY > Click on Create New account.
- Nuestro código de distrito es: MQ-KY > Haga clic en Crear una Nueva Cuenta.

Please use the same email address you used to complete your student's application. 
**You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, this link will remain active for 6 hours.
