13. What if my child has a peanut allergy or another food allergy?
Our cafeteria is a peanut free cafeteria. All food allergies that your child may have should be reported to the school so that we can make every effort to ensure that your child is safe. 14. Can I volunteer at school?
Yes! Mary Queen School could not be as successful as it is without our dedicated volunteers! Our Volunteer link has lots of information about volunteer opportunities.
For the safety of our children, all volunteers are required to be in compliance with our Safe Environment Policy. This includes completing Safe Environment training, a Background check and agreeing to abide by the Diocesan Code of Conduct. Once all these are completed, then we will put you in touch with our volunteer coordinator to find the best fit for you to be an active participant in your child’s school. Any adults not in compliance with our Safe Environment Policy will not be able to volunteer in the school, including participating on field trips.
