Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary provides a quality education in the Roman Catholic tradition. One of the goals of our parish community is to make Catholic School tuition accessible to as many families as possible. As you review the tuition schedule for this school year, please keep in mind that the actual cost of educating each student exceeds the tuition amount charged. Through the generosity and service of our parish community and school families, we can continue our mission of Catholic education.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

Tuition is based upon a 12-month calendar beginning in June and ending in May.

Option #1: You can pay in full by June 1 and receive a 2% discount on your tuition.

Option #2: You can select a 12-month (June-May) or 10-month (Aug-May) payment schedule.

TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Mary Queen School has a Tuition Assistance Program (FACTS Grant and Aid) to assist Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish families who need financial help to send their children to Mary Queen School. The total amount of assistance available each year is determined in the budget process. Interested families are required to complete a financial aid application online at http://www.factsmgt.com/aid. There is a $30 (subject to change) processing fee for this service. MQHR uses an independent company to determine needs based on the information provided by you. Final decisions on financial assistance will be determined before the first tuition payment is due in June. Interested persons may obtain more information about this program at any time from the Registrar.

WITHDRAWAL OPTIONS
Families must notify the school in writing if a student is withdrawn. The school will not forward records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance. Records of students transferring to another school will only be sent through the US Mail or via Fax to the other school. No records will be given to parents to transport to the new school.
Tuition will be prorated and refunded from the month of withdrawal forward for those who made payments in full or if payments are set up through ACH will be terminated after the month of withdrawal.
